1. Is the stock available?
All items that can be purchased from our store are in ready stock. Thank you.

2. How long does it take to deliver?
All items in ready stock will be shipped within 3 business days via Pos Laju or Courier Services.
Usually it takes 1-3 business days to deliver to major cities.
Tracking information will be sent to your email within 3 business days. Kindly contact us if no such information is received within 3 business days.
Kindly select "Urgent" while placing order with a little bit of additional handling cost and the order will receive priority during order processing.

3. Do you offer Cash On Delivery service?
Unfortunately Cash On Delivery service is not available currently. Thank you.

4. Can we collect the item(s) from your shop?
We are an online based company. All items listed will be shipped from our warehouses throughout Malaysia. No collection is available currently. Thank you.

5. Does it come with warranty?
All items sold in our website will be offered 3 days warranty unless specified otherwise per item description. In case item is damaged when it arrives. Kindly inform us within 3 days of receipt or the warranty will be void after this time frame. Strictly no excuse. Buyers will therefore assume all risk and cost after the 3-day period. Please do not purchase unless you agree to this. Thank you.

6. Is the price negotiable as I need to buy 10 units or more?
All of our prices are already very low. The price is not negotiable if the one-time total order amount is less than RM5000. Thank you.

7. Can I change my order?
If you wish to change your order, kindly contact the customer team as soon as possible after placing order. This is because we start processing the order as soon as the order confirmation email is sent. This allows us to provide you with the quickest possible service. Thank you.

8. How is the shipping fee calculated as I would like to purchase several items?
The shipping fee will be calculated automatically by our integrated shipping system. You may proceed to payment once the order is confirmed. Thank you.

10. Where can I find my credit/debit card security number?
Your credit/debit card security number is a 3 digit number which can be found on the far right side of the signature strip on the back of your card. This 3 digit number is unique to your card, and gives you extra protection against fraud.
Note: with American Express cards, the card security number is 4 digits long and is printed on the front of the card.

12. How long does it take for the transaction to go through?
After the order is confirmed, we make an immediate connection to verify the card and amount, so that authorization is given before we complete the order.
